Flutter Tech Lead — BIT Technologies (Dec 2021 – Present · Hybrid)

  • Lead mobile development for products including Academic, Togie and Samva.
  • Designed CI/CD pipelines that cut build times from 40 to 10 minutes: building test APKs, uploading to Drive, notifying via Telegram and Google Chat, and deploying to TestFlight for iOS.
  • Built an in-app error-management system for real, optimized traceability.
  • Integrated AI (Nexus IA) for automatic forum and activity generation via a polling architecture.
  • Developed a geofencing system for school pickup using flutter_background_geolocation.
  • Set the team's architecture standards: MVVM + BLoC/Cubit and dependency injection, plus mobile security (obfuscation and certificate pinning).
